About this messaging program

eRoof (a division of W.C. Construction) sends text messages to customers and prospective customers in connection with roofing inspections, estimates, insurance-claim assistance, scheduling, and related service communications. Texts are sent from (731) 361-8042.

How you opt in

You consent to receive text messages from eRoof when you:

submit a request or appointment form on erooftn.com and check the box agreeing to receive text messages;
provide your mobile number and sign our inspection or contingency agreement;
give your number and consent to an eRoof representative in person or over the phone; or
text us first, or reply to a message from us.

Types of messages

Appointment reminders and confirmations, on-my-way notifications, inspection, claim, and estimate updates, document and scheduling coordination, and replies to your questions.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us and the status of your project.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile carrier plan. eRoof does not charge you for these messages.

Opting out and getting help

Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving text messages. You will receive one confirmation message, after which we will not send you further texts except as required. Reply HELP for help, or call us at (731) 361-8042.

Privacy
