How customers opt in to eRoof text messages

This page documents each text-message consent path used by eRoof, a division of W.C. Construction. Every consent control is separate, optional, and unchecked by default. A customer can still book an inspection or sign a project document without agreeing to text messages.

1. Online inspection booking

On the contact-information step of the public roof-inspection booking form, a customer enters a phone number and may select the following unchecked box:

2. Electronic project documents

When an eRoof project document offers communications consent, the signature remains separate from the following unchecked box. The customer may sign successfully without selecting it.

Consent records and customer choice

eRoof records the selected consent method and time with the customer record. We send only service and project communications described in our SMS Terms. Customers can reply STOP at any time, and their mobile information and opt-in data are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
