eRoof Insurance Authorization
A division of W.C. Construction
Inspection and claim assistance
The property owner authorizes eRoof to inspect and document the roof and property, provide a written repair estimate, communicate with the insurance company about the scope of the repair work, meet the insurance adjuster at the property, and receive the claim summary, estimate, and payment details, and authorizes the insurance company to release those documents to eRoof.
eRoof does not adjust, negotiate, or settle the insurance claim, and does not advise on policy coverage. The property owner files and manages their own claim with their insurance company.
If the claim is approved, eRoof will perform the approved work at no cost to the property owner beyond their insurance deductible and any voluntary upgrades they choose.
If the claim is not approved, the property owner owes eRoof nothing and is under no obligation to proceed.
If the claim is approved but the property owner chooses not to use eRoof, the property owner agrees to pay eRoof a one-time fee of $1,000 for the documentation and services provided. This authorization may be cancelled in writing within three (3) business days.
